Thanks to all for another successful season of autocross and social events. Results for each autocross and final standings for 2011 are posted on the “Autocross” page of this site.
At the Club’s first quarterly meeting, we finalized dates for the 2012 autocross season and planned for other social events. Costs of membership, sponsorships and autocross fees will remain unchanged in 2012. Minutes of the meeting can be found by clicking here.
Special Announcements...
Thank you! The Renegade Miata Club collected non-perishable food and cash donations at our autocross events to contribute to the Loaves to Fishes food pantry ( www.devenspantry.org) which serves the communities of Ayer, Devens, Groton, Harvard, Littleton and Shirley. This year, we will be collecting food and cash donations at our June 9 autocross event.
Renegade Miata Club members enjoy reciprocal autocross privileges with the North Country Region Porsche Club. NCR autocross dates are April 22, June 2, July 21, August 12 and September 8. Please check their site for rules and more information.
Helmets for autocross should be rated Snell 2000 or newer. The Club has loaner helmets at teach autocross if you need one. Vans, SUVs and motorcycles are not allowed on the autocross course.
